Smoky Porcini Rice Pilaf

2 Cups Basmati Rice
4 Cups Water
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Teaspoons Uncle Mik's Smoky Porcini Seasoning

Bring water to boil. Stir in olive oil and Uncle Mik's Smoky Porcini Seasoning. Add rice and reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 25 minutes.

Remove from heat and fluff with fork. Add more Uncle Mik's Smoky Porcini Seasoning to taste as desired. Serves 6.
